The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Regional Delegation in New Delhi and Press Institute of India (PII), Chennai jointly hosted the competition for the sixth consecutive year on the theme “Violence Against Health Care Services and Personnel – Operating in the Face of Danger”.
