For decades, residents of northern Israel have been dealing with the consequences of ongoing conflict.

Since October 2023, and especially in the past couple of months, this reality has worsened – dozens have been killed and injured, entire communities have been evacuated from their homes, and those who remain in the north live under daily threat, stress, and fear.

In light of this reality, we recently supported partners at the Community Stress Prevention Center to establish a new, state-of-the-art trauma centre. Thanks to their expertise, hard work, and dedication, the centre is already providing critical response and essential support to people in the north who need it.
