Patricia Ray, head of strategic communications at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), explains in an interview with IDF Radio about the organization’s role regarding the hostages held in the Gaza Strip.

“We are happy that thanks to our neutrality we were able to facilitate the release of hostages. But it is important that we also remember the families who are still waiting for their loved ones, and we continue to call for the immediate release of all hostages.”
