Last month the ICRC has donated 5 generators with a total capacity of 1688 kVA to be installed in hospitals and clinics in Gaza. This donation is part of the ICRC support to Health facilities to ensure uninterrupted provision of essential health services that depend on a reliable electricity supply.

The ICRC’s supports the power generation in 14 hospitals and 25 clinics and includes the donation of spare parts, oil, and the installation of electrical equipment to optimize fuel consumption and cope with the increasing demand.
