Bangui, camp de M'Poko. Le gouvernement, la société de distribution d'eau centrafricaine (SODECA), la Société de la Croix-Rouge centrafricaine et le CICR apportent une assistance aux déplacés internes. Le CICR a installé un système d'approvisionnement en eau d'une capacité de 70'000 litres, répartis dans 12 différents réservoirs. Rovaline s'en va chercher de l'eau, comme elle le fait trois ou quatre fois par jour, pour pouvoir boire, cuisiner et laver ses vêtements. Bangui, M'Poko camp. Rovaline goes to fetch water, as she does three or four times a day, in order to have enough for drinking, cooking and washing clothes. Gislain, âgé de 29 ans, et Rovaline, âgée de 28 ans sont mari et femme. Tous deux habitent le camp depuis le 5 décembre 2013, date à laquelle leur quartier a été attaqué. Ils se sont enfuis et ont maintenant peur d’y retourner. Ils ont trois enfants et vivent grâce à leurs terres et à l’élevage porcin. Gislain est aussi la personne en charge de transmettre les doléances des résidents du camp aux ONG lorsqu’un problème survient dans la zone dont il a la responsabilité. Gislain, 29 years old and Rovaline, 28 years old are husband and wife. They have been living in the M'Poko camp since the 5th December 2013 when their neighborhood was attacked. They escaped and are now afraid to go back to their home. They have 3 children and are living thanks to their fields and pigsty. Gislain is a ' com zone' which means one of the responsible of his zone in the camp that is divided in ten or so different zones. If their is an issue, it's him who will see the NGO's in order to report the problem faced in his zone of the camp.
