Gilad Grossman, spokesman for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Israel, spoke in an interview with Lucy Aharish on Channel 13 about the humanitarian situation in Gaza and the organization’s activities to assist in the release of hostages in Gaza.
According to Grossman, hundreds of thousands of people in the Gaza Strip are struggling to get access to even a minimal amount of food. He added that the organization has been saying from day one that the release of the hostages should happen immediately and unconditionally. “That’s why every time the parties manage to reach some kind of political agreement that allows for the release, we’ve been there to help.”
