The Documentation Centre at the Regional Delegation of ICRC in New Delhi has a rich collection of publications focussing on international humanitarian law, the challenges of humanitarian work and issues of humanitarian concern in war, and the history and development of armed conflict. The centre, which is open for consultations for researchers and academics from Monday to Friday (during office hours of 08:30-17:00 hours), also houses publications on other topics such as international criminal law, human rights, weapons, detention, refugees and displaced persons.
